Refund Policy

Failed videos are refunded automatically

If the AI can’t finish your video (for example because of an error or a timeout), we refund that video to your original payment method automatically and email you. For a 3-video pack, each failed video refunds its share of the pack price.

Other refund requests

AI results vary from render to render, so we can’t refund a video because it looks different from the examples. If something went clearly wrong — the wrong photo was used, or the file is broken — email support@babywowguy.com within 7 days with your order link and we’ll make it right.

Timing

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet.
